Sending feedback

You can help improve R‑Cloud by sending your ideas, suggestions, or general feedback to HYCU.

To access the Send Feedback dialog box, click Help Help in the toolbar, and then select Send Feedback.

Procedure

  1. In the Send Feedback dialog box, enter your feedback in the field. The maximum character limit is 4000.

  2. Optional. To include a screenshot with your feedback, browse for and select the file that you want to add, or drag and drop the file into the dialog box. You can add up to four files in the JPG or PNG format. The maximum allowed file size is 5 MiB.

  3. Optional. To allow HYCU to contact you regarding your feedback, select the check box indicating agreement to be contacted.

  4. Click Submit.
